Meet Raj,

Rajwant (Raj) Kaur Grewal, CPA, CGMA, EA, is the founder and CEO of GKR And Associates, P.C., headquartered in Livonia, Michigan.

The firm specializes in delivering tax services, accounting support, payroll services, advisory services, audit readiness, sub-contracted assurance services, and fractional CFO services tailored to the needs of small businesses and individuals.

Raj has over 18 years of experience providing a variety of accounting, tax preparation, assurance, advisory and teaching services. She graduated from the University of Michigan's Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) program and holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and an Enrolled Agent (EA). Raj is an active member of AICPA, MICPA, Livonia Westland Chamber of Commerce, and Canton Chamber of Commerce.

Raj understands that small businesses are essential for economic growth, job creation, innovation, and community development. Therefore, working closely with small businesses and individuals, Raj helps them meet their accounting, tax, and financial goals. She dedicates much of her time to helping clients understand and manage the financial aspects of their business.

Raj provides advisory services for entity formation, internal control evaluation, financial reporting, and QuickBooks. With expertise in assurance services for non-profit organizations, employee benefit plans (401K, 403B), and for-profit entities in industries like construction and others, Raj can serve as your ideal guide for sub-contracted assurance services or audit readiness, ensuring your organization is prepared for all federal, state, local, and compliance audits.

Raj offers fractional CFO services tailored for small businesses. Recognizing that hiring a full-time CFO may not be cost-effective for small businesses, Raj provides fractional CFO services that can be utilized with or without a client's in-house accounting staff.

On a personal level, Raj enjoys spending time with her family, including her dog. She loves socializing with friends and listening to music.
